We are pleased to share that the Half yearly Zonal Structured meeting with the Management at Zonal Office Ludhiana took place in Conference Hall of Zonal Office Ludhiana on 11.12.2024. The Association was represented by Zonal President-Mr. R. K. Banga, Zonal Secretary- Mr. Rohit Kapoor, Zonal ladies wing co-ordinator-Mrs. Simran Chawla, Regional Secretary-Amritsar-Mr.Ankush Bajaj, Regional Secretary-Jalandhar-Mr. Nitin Condal and Regional Secretary Ludhiana-Mr. Narotam Singh.
A host of agenda items pertaining to the welfare of officers and constraints faced by branches in Ludhiana Zone were discussed in a positive, responsive and cordial atmosphere. Some of the agenda items discussed in the meeting were shortage of Staff, providing officiating allowance to eligible cases and advising branch categorization, IT related issues like non-availability of report server, issues related to R menu and unstable working of tablets for account opening, etc., timely conclusion of disciplinary proceedings, delay in sanction of leaves, issues related to GEMS, checking behavioural abrasions by some of the executives and treating officers with dignity and respect, calling officers to work on Sundays and holidays, undue pressure on officers for canvassing third party products, multiple VC’s, work life balance of officers and revival of sports and cultural clubs/activities etc.
Zonal Head assured of providing full support to the concerns raised by the Association in the meeting and instructed the Regional Heads and HR department to resolve the issues at the earliest.
