Grand Interactive Session with DROs and LBOs at Ahmedabad Marks the 63rd Foundation Day of AIBOBOA

Team Ahmedabad, under the able leadership of Mr. Jignesh Patel, Zonal Secretary, organized a grand and highly engaging Interactive Session at Ahmedabad on 12th September, 2026 by mobilizing 350+ newly recruited DROs and LBOs on the most auspicious occasion of the 63rd Foundation Day of our great organization, AIBOBOA. The event was truly a memorable and inspiring occasion, reflecting the strength, unity, discipline, and vibrant spirit of the young generation of officers who have recently joined the organization. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to witness such a large and remarkably disciplined gathering of young and energetic banking professionals, whose enthusiasm and commitment added immense grace and significance to the celebrations.

The programme was further enriched by the gracious presence of Sh. R.K. Chatterjee, President, Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary, Sh. Ashwini Kumar, CGM-HR, & Shri Raveesh Kumar, GM & Zonal Head, Ahmedabad Zone. Their presence made the occasion even more special and provided the participants with an invaluable opportunity to hear directly from the senior leadership. The distinguished leaders addressed the participants and shared their valuable thoughts, experiences, guidance, and vision for the future. The interactive session was particularly engaging, as the young officers enthusiastically raised questions on various issues concerning their professional journey, workplace environment, career growth, organizational values, and the role of the Association in safeguarding the interests and aspirations of employees. The dignitaries responded to the queries with great patience and clarity, making the interaction meaningful, informative, and highly motivating.
