Youth Leadership Conclave held at Delhi on 25th & 26th July 2026

All India Bank of Baroda Officers’ Association (AIBOBOA) successfully organised the Youth Leadership Conclave on 25th and 26th July 2026 at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, with the inspiring theme:-“INSPIRE • LEAD • TRANSFORM”.

The Conclave was conceived as a meaningful platform to engage, inspire and empower the young officers of our organisation, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence and leadership capabilities required to navigate the evolving banking landscape as well as the Trade Union Front and emerge as stronger, smarter and future-ready leaders.

The two-day programme witnessed an enriching blend of leadership insights, professional learning, interactive discussions, experience sharing and personal well-being, with eminent speakers and senior banking personalities like Sh. Animesh Chauhan Former MD & CEO OBC, Sh. N. Damodaran, Former ED, BOI, Sh. Ashwini Kumar, CGM (HR) BOB, Sh. C.M. Tripathi GM (HR), BOB and Sh. Sunil Sinha, GM & CLO, BOB, sharing their valuable perspectives with the 200+ young participants who joined from across the country.

Sh. R.K. Chatterjee, President, and Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary, AIBOBOA & INBOC, exhorted the youth force to come forward, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and prepare themselves to shoulder greater responsibilities and assume leadership roles in both the Bank and the Association.

The detailed and highly interactive sessions emerged as the highlight of the programme, providing an engaging platform for meaningful discussions and exchange of ideas. The sessions were widely appreciated by all the young participants.
