UNI Apro Professionals and Managers Workshop for Professionals Securing Dignity Collectively in the New World of Work was held at Mumbai on 23rd November 2022,
Secretary General, UNI, Global Union, from Switzerland, Sister Christy Hoffman with affiliates from Indian Liaison Council members in Mumbai along with President, Asia Pacific Regional Organization, Brother, Rajendra Acharya from Nepal graced the occasion. Team AIBOBOA participated in the workshop led by Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary.
Discussions were held in the session on the paper Ensuring Dignity for Professionals in the New World of Work. Another session was held of young and dynamic youths, both male and female who are below the age of 40 years and have been groomed by ILC, UNI for next generation leadership. Participants are so enthusiastic and involved, empowerment is seen easy. Kudos to all concerned for preparing these young leaders.
Subsequently International Dignitaries visited our Mumbai Office and held discussions with Sh. Prem Kumar Makker and team of office bearers and stressed on the need to involve more and more youth for grooming them as future leaders.
