Soft Launch: Mentorship Program

We are pleased to announce that the Mentorship Program, a unique initiative of AIBOBOA, designed to foster learning, growth, and leadership development among our members was launched today on 6th July, 2025 through On-line mode attended by 500 participants. This program is a result of our collaboration with UNI Global Union.

The programme was launched By Mr R,K Chatterjee, President, Mr. Prem Kumar Makker, GS, and Ms. Bhavneet Kaur Alang, National Coordinator Women's Wing, AIBOBOA in the gracious presence of our esteemed guests Sh. C M Tripathi, GM - HRM Department, BCC, Mumbai and Sister Véronica Fernandez Mendez, Head of Equal Opportunities, UNI Global Union

The primary objective of this program is to empower our Women & Youth Committee Members by developing their leadership skills, knowledge, and expertise. In the subsequent phases, the program will be extended to all interested members who are willing to invest their time and energy. Through this programme, we shall be creating awareness about various redressal mechanisms of the bank, create awakening about present banking scenario. It will involve experience sharing by mentors, providing guidance in building network, improving communication and negotiation skills, empower to raise voice where necessary and improving visibility. We will also endeavour to work on core values and focus on mental health.
