A vibrant Session on Introspection and Sensitization "Heart to Heart Interaction with BRANCH HEADS on RESPONSIBLE BANKING by our Association held at GAYA on 21st August. Our President Sri R.K.Chatterjee engaged with the participants and shared his vast experience on various issues bank officers are confronting now a days like quality of loans and particularly creation of Assets, ethical practices , Importance of Pre -Sanction inspection . Challenges before the Branch Managers, On their roles and responsibilities, How-to prevent Frauds and the need of Compliance with Due Diligence etc.

Sh. Chatterjee urged upon the participants to be careful about their health, reduce screen time and enhance sleep time. Have some physical activity on regular basis, be careful on food quality and avoid "Always On-line" Culture .
