On-Line Session to Prepare for Interview from Scale IV to Scale V

An online session has been arranged for the benefit of aspiring promotion candidates from Scale IV to Scale V on 8th February 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The objective of this session is to help participants gain a clearer understanding of the interview process at this level, the expectations of the interview panel, and the key competencies that are assessed during the promotion interview. The session will also provide practical guidance on how to present oneself effectively, articulate experience and achievements confidently, and avoid common mistakes.

This interactive session aims to enhance participants’ confidence, preparedness, and overall performance, enabling them to approach the interview with greater clarity and assurance. All eligible candidates are encouraged to attend and make the most of this opportunity.
