The extended Zonal Committee Meeting of our AIBOBOA New Delhi was held on 03-08-2024. All the Zonal committee members, Central Committee Members/Regional Secretaries and other office bearers were present in the meeting held at K K Nair Learning Center, at Rajendra Bhawan, Rajendra Palace, New Delhi- 110008. The meeting was presided over by Zonal Vice President Mr. S. K. Garg. Acknowledging the contribution for strengthening the AIBOBOA_NDZ by our outgoing Regional Secretaries Mr. Pawan Kumar(NOIDA Region), Mr. Pravin Kumar (Gurgaon Region) & Mr. Rakesh Kumar Verma (East Delhi Region ), Mr. Purshottam Verma, ZS updated the participants about the developments in our Bank as well in Banking industry especially on IZT- Exercise 2024-25, Changes in management team, various issues of Disciplinary cases of members, various issues of outgoing and incoming officers. The agenda for the Central Structure Meeting to be held at BCC on 07th August 2024 at BCC Mumbai was also discussed and their was taken for fruitful discussion. He also apprised the house about hosting of our beloved Association’s Diamond Jubilee Celebration, Central Committee Meeting & All India Zonal Committee meeting to be held in our New Delhi Zone at Dr Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi. Also discussed about challenges ahead for our Bank and Banking Industry amid slow growth in CASA deposit. Due to Inter Zonal Exercise_2024-25, Promotion Exercise-2024 and IRT exercise in the zone, the agenda of filling of the vacant positions of Regional Secretaries/Office Bearers in Central Committee and Zonal Committee as per Directives of Central office were placed and discussed in the Meeting. The central committee & zonal committee was accordingly reconstituted by filling in the required / vacant posts in Central Committee, Zonal Committee and Regional Secretaries in NOIDA Region, Gurgaon Region & East Delhi Region. Looking in to IZT & IRT Exercise 2024-25 all the Regional Secretaries have been advised to reconstitute the Respective Regional committees at the earliest after calling the RCM. He also told that all of us are doing real hard work for our mother organization i.e. Bank of Baroda and it is reflecting in the positioning of our Zone in the Bank. As per our imbibed philosophy “GROW WITH THE BANK” we all need to wholeheartedly continue to work for the growth of our beloved Association, AIBOBOA and simultaneously for our beloved Bank with full Zeal and Zest. WE CONGRATULATE ALL NEW OFFICE BEARERS IN THE ZONE AND EXTEND OUR BEST WISHES FOR THEIR NEWLY ASSIGNED ROLES IN ASSOCIATION. We sincerely thank all office bearer colleagues from the bottom of our heart, for their relentless support extended to strengthen our beloved organization.
