A meeting was held yesterday on 01.09.2022 at BCC Mumbai between Bank Management and Small Committee of All India Bank of Baroda Officers' Association (AIBOBOA) to discuss Promotion Policy.
Sh. P.V.Rathi, CGM, Ms. Swapna Bandhopdhaya, GM, Sh. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, DGM, and Sh.Prateek Agnihotri, DGM along with their entire HR team represented Bank and AIBOBOA was represented by Sh. R.K.Chatterjee, President, Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, GS and a team of four Zonal Secretaries viz: Sh. Sunil Padhye, Sh. Sudip Mallick, Sh. Sandeep Singh and Sh. Purshottam Verma.
Meeting was held in a very conducive atmosphere. Discussions were held to bring improvements in Promotion Policy for the betterment of officers' fraternity as well as needs of our Bank in the present scenario.
