A meeting of Office Bearers and Committee Members of Indian National Bank Officers' Congress (INBOC) was held on 08.12.2023 on virtual Platform, Zoom Cloud to celebrate and deliberate on the MoU Signed on 07.12.2023 with IBA at Mumbai on wage Setllement.
Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, GS & Sh. R.K.Chatterjee, President INBOC while addreesing the partcipants who joined in large numbers from all the affiliates said that this is a historical settlement, negotiated in such a short time with the understandings of : 17% increase in payslip cost, additional loading of 3% after merger of DA, improvement in pension for all pensioners from 1986 including retirees under proposed 12th BPS. 5 days banking has been recommended to govt for favorable consideration and will be expedited.
All India General Secretaries of INBOC affliates viz; Sh. B. Arjun from Union Bank, Dr. R. Chandra Moorthy from Canara Bank, Sh. Bharat Nirmale from Nainital Bank, Sh. Prakash Soni from Gramin Banks, Sh. Nagesh Dande from Central Bank of India and Sh. Sandeep Singh from Bank of Baroda hailed the historical aggreement fully satifying the aspirations of all the stake holders. Sh. Ramaraju, GS from Indian Bank also joined the meeting but could not deliberate due to connectivity issues.
All the speakers congratulationed the entire workforce and said that It is all due to the unity of bank employees and officers under the banner of UFBU.
During interaction session, many memebers raised certain queries and sought clarifications which were replied by INBOC GS, Sh. Prem Kumar Makker.
While concluding, INBOC GS thanked all the GSs of affliates and other office Bearers for thier continued support and joining the meeting at such a short notice.
