Jaipur Zone Activities - GBM in Kota Region

Team Jaipur, under the leadership of the newly elected Zonal Secretary, Mr. Nitesh Kumar Meena, successfully organized the Regional General Body Meeting of the Kota Region under Jaipur Zone on 16th Jan 2026, witnessing active participation from officers and leadership alike. The meeting was graciously hosted by the Regional Secretary, Shri Gaurav Parihar.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of the Guest of Honour, Regional Head Shri Abhishek Kumar Srivastava, along with Zonal President Shri Kuldeep Sharma and Zonal Secretary Shri Nitesh Kumar Meena, adding significant value to the proceedings.

Approximately 200 officer members attended the meeting, representing nearly 85% of the total membership of the Kota Region, making it a highly representative and impactful gathering. During the meeting, the Kota Region Committee was formally constituted with 26 committee members, including a notable 27% representation of women officers, underscoring the Association’s strong commitment to inclusivity and gender balance.

Regional structured meeting was held in the morning during which various service-related and operational issues were discussed in detail. The Regional Head assured full cooperation and seamless administrative support, enabling officers to discharge their duties efficiently and effectively.
