International Seminar on “Re-imagining Work for India’s Young Professionals – Addressing Toxic Culture and Digital Stress” was successfully organised on 12th  September 2025 at Mumbai in collaboration with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), UNI Global Union, and the All India Bank of Baroda Officers’ Association (AIBOBOA). This seminar brought together leaders from academia, trade unions, corporate HR, and young professionals.. BOB also nominated some HR specialists for the program.  Many principal office bearers of AIBOBOA participated and took part in the deliberations.
