Defense Representative Training at Mumbai arranged by INBOC & AIBOBOA on 10th & 11th Feb 2024


A two days training programme was held at Mumbai on 10th and 11th February 2024 under the guidance and coordination of Sh. R.K Chatterjee and Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, President and General Secretary INBOC & AIBOBOA.


More than 50 officers from across all the affiliates of INBOC (PAN India) participated in the programme.


The training prgramme was inaugurated by Sh. Brajesh Kumar Singh Chief General Manager (HRM), Bank of Baroda on 10th Feb 2024 and greeting were conveyed by Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary,


The faculty consisting of retired and working Experts in the field viz; Sh. S.K Agarwal, Ex AGM, BOB, Presently on Deputation to CBI, Sh. Anupam Kumar, Former Zonal Vigilance Head, Sh. R.K Chatterjee, President INBOC & AIBOBOA deliberated on various topics like Defense against Common Allegations in Credit Related and Operational Lapses, Concept of Accountability / Principles of Natural Justice, Disciplinary Action and Steps in Departmental Enquiry / Role of Defense Representative Do’s and Don’ts for Defense Representative, Drafting Of Reply, version asked by IO, Explanatory Note, WSOD on receipt of chargesheet, Défense Brief on receipt of PO’ s brief and WSOD on receipt of IA’ s findings, Discussion on Live Cases with Focus on Submission of CSO against Allegations and Charges.

Very important and long awaited training program to strengthen the capacities and capabilities of Union representatives who are attending as Assisting Officers /Defense representatives.


The session not only enlightened but also helped the participants to gain a deeper understanding of the topic. The valuable insights and practical examples shared by all have been incredibly beneficial and will undoubtedly have a positive impact on work.
