We are pleased to share that the Half yearly Zonal Structured meeting with the Management at Zonal Office Chandigarh took place in Conference Hall of Zonal Office Chandigarh on 14.11.2023.
From Management side, the meeting was attended by Zonal Head- Shri Vimal Kumar Negi, Deputy Zonal Head - Shri Rajey Bhaskar, Regional Heads & HR managers of various regions of Chandigarh zone, AGM-HR- Shri Devanand Gehlot and Senior Manager HR from HRM department whereas the Association was represented by Zonal President-Shri R. K. Banga, Zonal Secretary- Shri Rohit Kapoor and Regional Secretaries from all regions of the Zone.
A host of agenda items pertaining to the welfare of officers in Chandigarh Zone and growth of the Bank’s business in Chandigarh Zone were discussed in a positive, responsive and cordial atmosphere. The Zonal Head assured of providing full support to the concerns raised by the Association in the meeting and instructed the Regional Heads and HR department to resolve the issues at the earliest. He also requested the Association to motivate members to engage in meet & greet initiatives and capturing new business in market areas through marketing by branch officials. The meeting ended with vote of thanks proposed by Shri Rajay Bhasker-Deputy Zonal Head.
