AIBOBOA organized an unique training program for Branch Managers at Baroda Academy, Jamshedpur on 1st December 2024. The programme was titled "Heart to Heart Interactions with Branch Heads on Responsible Banking - An Introspection and Sensitization Session". This program was conceptualized by our President Sri R K Chatterjee. Branch Heads of Jamshedpur and Ranchi attended the programme. Sri Chatterjee focused on issues related to Non- Compliance and Unethical Banking Practices, Zonal Head Bhubaneswar Zone - Ms. Swapna Bandopadhyay conveyed Business Concerns of the Zone. Regional Heads of Ranchi and Jamshedpur regions extended their Greetings for success of the program and Mr D B Mukhopadhyay, Retd General Manager addressed the participants, threw light on the Salient Features of "Staff Accountability Policy ". Zonal Secretaries Mr. Sudip Mallick, Mr. Dharmendra Kumar and Sidhartha Sourav attended the session.
