Bengaluru Zone Activities - Interaction with LBOs

An interaction was held with LBOs at Bengaluru, wherein a brief introduction to Bank of Baroda, its rich legacy, values, and work culture was provided. The LBOs were apprised of the role and significance of AIBOBOA as the majority officers’ association and its contribution towards the growth of the Bank’s business as well as the welfare, professional development, and overall well-being of the officers’ fraternity.

The LBOs were also briefed about the organizational structure and functioning of the Association, including the various meetings and activities conducted at the Zonal and Regional levels. The Escorts Scheme was explained in detail, with emphasis on its importance, key features, and benefits for officers.

As part of the interaction, copies of the Service Conditions and Calendar were distributed to the LBOs. A copy of the Ethics Circular was also shared, and the importance of ethical conduct, compliance, and adherence to the Bank’s policies and guidelines was emphasized.

The interaction was useful in creating awareness among the LBOs about the role of AIBOBOA, their rights and responsibilities, service conditions, and the importance of maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance in the Bank.
