Today on 28.12.2023 AIBOBOA, being the Majority Association and Recognised by our Bank, had a Regional Structured Meeting with our Valsad Region, in a positive and cordial atmosphere.
Management side was represented by Shri Shailendra Kumar Singh, AGM & Regional Head, Shri Naveen Gokhiya, CM & DRM, Mr. Faiz incharge HR and Association side was represented by Mr Sunil Padhye, Zonal Secretary, Shri Pradipsinh Rathod, Zonal Vice President, Shri Sanjeev Kuma Central Committee Member, Shri Himanshu Gaur, Regional Secretary, Shri Nitesh Sharma, Regional President, Shri Prasad Deshpande, Central Committee Member, Shri Shudhanshu Kumar, Regional Committee Member and Shri Amit Mishra, Regional Committee Member.
We had threadbare discussion on issues of officers like Calling on Holidays, timeline of VC during business hours, late sitting, pending claims, etc. We have received a positive response from the Management for the amicable resolution of the issues. Management assured us for reduction in duration of VC and No verbal calling on Holidays.
