Baroda Zone Activities - Interaction with DROs on 17.03.2026

Team Baroda led by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, Zonal Secretray arranged an interactive Session with newly recruited DROs on 17th March 2026 at Baroda wherein Our Shri Prem Makker, GS & Shri R. K. Chatterjee, President addressed the partcipants. They briefed the them on service conditions, roles and career progression, while emphasising the “Grow with Bank” philosophy. Focus was also laid on ethical banking, customer-centric approach, discipline, integrity, and adherence to organisational values.
