AIBOBOA Initiates Sessions on - “Work-Life Balance of Officers – A Must for Sustainable Growth of our Bank”

An awareness compaign has been launched by All India Bank of Baroda Officers' Association on "Work-Life Balance of Officers - A must for Sustainable growth of our Bank"

The first session of this landmark initiative was conducted in Ahmedabad Zone in the gracious presence of Sh. R.K Chatterjee, President, Sh. Prem Kumar Makker, General Secretary and Sh. Jignesh Patel, Zonal Secretary along with Sh. Ashwini Kumar (Zonal Head – Ahmedabad Zone) & Sh. Sinha (General Manager – Apex Academy).  

The speakers reinforced the association’s role in working alongside management to create enabling environments for officers. They also shared thoughts on how positive work environments and management sensitivity can directly impact employee morale and productivity.✨
