AIBOBOA organizes "YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONCLAVE "in Delhi

AIBOBOA is organizing a “Youth Leadership  Conclave” of Young Officers on 25th & 26th July 2026 at Constitution Club of India, New Delhi (Inauguration on 25^th July 2026 at 3:00 pm), with participation of around 200 young officers (Men & Women) from across the country.

The objective of the Conclave is to nurture leadership capabilities among young officers and equip them to meet the changing demands and opportunities in the banking sector. The deliberations will focus on leadership development, professional excellence, organizational commitment, compliance and ethical banking practices.
