on 16.03.2023, Regional Structured meeting was held at Fatehpur Region between AIBOBOA and Management. From Association's side Mr. Sandeep Singh, Zonal Secretary along with Zonal President, Regional Secretary, RCMs and from Management side RM, DRM and HRM Head attended the meeting.
Discussed various sensitive issues affecting work life balance of Officers community, which Management assured to resolve immediately. They also assured that good changes will reflect in near future. Management was quite proactive in addressing listed issues. Meeting concluded on positive note. After the structured meeting, RO officers were addressed by the Zonal Secretary on various issues.
